CP OF COLORADO'S STATEWIDE FAMILY SUPPORT SERVICES
Statewide Family Support Services is a program of CP of Colorado, a non-profit, tax-exempt, charitable organization incorporated under section 501(c)(3) of the IRS tax code, which means your donation is tax deductible.

Parent to Parent of Colorado hosts three listservs (internet discussion groups), including P2P-Policy and one in English and Spanish: P2P-CO English/P2P-CO-Hispanos.

The Infantile Scoliosis Outreach Program (ISOP) is pivotal in connecting families of children with progressive infantile scoliosis to resources and information needed to make the best choices possible in the care of their child and in educating the medical profession in non surgical treatment methods.

COLLABORATIVE PARTNERSHIPS


DREAM is a nonprofit organization dedicated to filling a gap in the Northern Colorado mental health system by strengthening the support systems of families of youth with mental health issues.

DREAM was founded by Liz Terrell-Phillips, a board member of Federation of Families of Northern Colorado and Melinda Suits, the Fort Collins facilitator of EMPOWER Colorado.
